Should've purchased this when I got the mattress instead of a year later...have a VERY thick latex-foam mattress from stearns & foster and it weighs a ton. Getting this fully zippered cover on was a two-person job, and not an easy one, so getting it off/on again for washings will be a challenge. But for now, it fits snugly, and you can't detect the material underneath the mattress pad. I hope it holds up in the washer...and wish it came with more of the mini zipper ties!
