My pets look adorable in their new hooded sweater and duckie robe! I did have a little problem but pet pro was quick to solve problem. I am a very satisfied customer. The only thing that stops me from ordering is the shipping and handling,other wise pet pro have great stuff and low prices and great people that are quick to take care of you to help ypu be a satified customer
